When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, together with technical information about how you arrived — the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the URL.

To respond to your enquiry, to understand which marketing activity produces enquiries, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiry records are retained for three years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We set a first-party identifier so we can attribute an enquiry to the marketing activity that produced it, and a session cookie when you sign in to a client account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within thirty days.
